These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and Corra Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), governing your use of the Corra Club mobile application (“App”), website (clubcorra.com), and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, or by accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. About Corra Club

Corra Club is a coalition loyalty rewards program that enables users to earn reward points (“Corra Coins”) by uploading valid purchase receipts from participating partner brands. Corra Coins can be redeemed for UPI cashback or brand-specific coupons, subject to the terms set out herein.

1 Corra Coin equals INR 1 in value. Corra Coins are non-transferable, have no cash value outside the Platform, and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged outside the Corra Club ecosystem.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of India
  • Have a valid Indian mobile number capable of receiving OTP via WhatsApp or SMS
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
  • Not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from the Platform

3. Account Registration & Security

  • Account creation requires OTP verification via your registered mobile number.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
  • Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform limits, earn duplicate rewards, or commit fraud is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate suspension.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Earning Corra Coins

4.1 Receipt Submission

  • You earn Corra Coins by uploading valid, genuine purchase receipts from participating partner brands.
  • Receipts must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Only original, unedited receipts (photographs or PDF invoices) are accepted. Screenshots of receipts from digital platforms may be subject to additional verification.
  • Each receipt may only be submitted once. Duplicate submissions will be automatically rejected.
  • The daily transaction submission limit is 15 receipts per user per day.

4.2 Coin Calculation

  • Coins earned per transaction are calculated based on the brand’s earning percentage applied to the eligible bill amount, subject to a minimum of 1 coin per transaction.
  • Earning percentages vary by brand and may change at any time at the Company’s discretion.
  • Certain brands may have maximum earning caps per transaction or per month.

4.3 Verification & Approval

  • All submitted receipts are subject to automated verification (OCR processing, tamper detection, and transaction matching) and may be subject to manual review.
  • We reserve the right to approve, reject, or hold any transaction at our sole discretion.
  • Coins are credited to your account only after successful verification and approval.
  • Verification timelines may vary; typical auto-approved transactions are credited within minutes, while manually reviewed transactions may take up to 48 hours.

4.4 Membership Requirement

Membership status is unlocked after 2 or more approved transactions. Redemption features (cashback and coupons) are available only to members.

5. Redeeming Corra Coins

  • Corra Coins may be redeemed for UPI cashback or brand-specific coupons, subject to availability.
  • Maximum redemption per transaction is limited to 50% of your coin balance, the brand’s redemption percentage of the bill amount, or the brand’s maximum redemption cap per transaction, whichever is lower.
  • Certain brands may have additional monthly redemption caps.
  • Redeemed coins are deducted from your balance and are non-refundable once the transaction is approved.
  • Cashback is paid to the UPI ID registered in your account. It is your responsibility to ensure your UPI ID is correct and active.

6. Tier Program

Corra Club operates a tier-based membership system (Base, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Elite). Tier status is evaluated monthly on the 1st of each month based on your transaction activity. Higher tiers may unlock additional benefits, earning multipliers, or exclusive offers as determined by the Company from time to time.

7. SMS Read Permission & Transaction Verification

Important: This section applies to users of the Corra Club Android mobile application.

7.1 Purpose

To enhance fraud detection and enable faster receipt verification, the App may request permission to read SMS messages on your device. This permission is used exclusively to access financial transaction SMS sent by banks and payment platforms (6-digit alphanumeric sender IDs) and to cross-verify uploaded receipt data against your actual purchase records.

7.2 Scope of Access

  • Only financial/transactional SMS from 6-digit alphanumeric senders (e.g., bank alerts) are read
  • Personal messages, OTPs, promotional SMS, and messages from personal contacts are never accessed
  • Historical financial SMS present on the device at the time of permission grant may also be processed

7.3 Third-Party Processing

Financial SMS data is processed by our authorized technology partner, Digitap.ai (operated by FinBox Technologies Private Limited), under a data processing agreement. Digitap processes this data solely for the purpose of extracting transaction details to verify receipt authenticity on behalf of Corra Club. Digitap does not use this data for credit scoring, lending, advertising, or any independent purpose.

7.4 Voluntary Permission

Granting SMS read permission is optional. You may use the App and submit receipts without granting this permission. However, without SMS verification, receipt approval may take longer as it will rely on manual review processes. You may revoke SMS permission at any time through your device settings.

7.5 Data Handling

  • SMS data is transmitted to our servers and our verification partner’s servers via encrypted channels (TLS/SSL)
  • Only structured transaction fields (amount, date, merchant, reference number) are stored; raw SMS text is not retained on our servers
  • SMS data is never used for advertising, profiling, credit assessment, or any purpose beyond transaction verification
  • SMS data is never sold, rented, or disclosed to any party other than our authorized verification partner for the stated purpose

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit forged, tampered, fabricated, or digitally altered receipts
  • Submit receipts for purchases you did not make
  • Submit receipts belonging to other individuals without their authorization
  • Use AI tools, image editors, or other software to create, modify, or enhance receipt images to misrepresent purchase details
  • Create multiple accounts to earn duplicate rewards
  • Exploit system bugs, loopholes, or vulnerabilities for unearned rewards
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Platform’s verification, tamper-detection, or fraud-prevention systems
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App or Platform
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

9. Fraud Detection & Enforcement

We employ automated systems including OCR verification, digital signature validation, tamper detection, behavioral analysis, and SMS-based transaction matching to identify fraudulent activity. If fraudulent conduct is detected or suspected:

  • We may reject individual transactions or place them on hold for manual review
  • We may require additional verification, including but not limited to screen-recording demonstrations of order history on partner brand apps
  • We may suspend or permanently terminate your account
  • We may forfeit any pending or accrued Corra Coins
  • We may pursue legal remedies, including reporting to law enforcement authorities

Our fraud-detection decisions are final and binding. We are under no obligation to disclose the specific methods or criteria used in fraud detection.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Corra Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
  • Receipt verification will be instantaneous or always accurate
  • Any specific partner brand will remain part of the Corra Club program
  • Earning percentages, redemption rates, or reward values will remain unchanged

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Corra Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Corra Coins earned by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is lower.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corra Technologies Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or any fraudulent activity conducted through your account.

14. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to users via in-app notification and/or WhatsApp message. Changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the rewards program (including earning rates, redemption values, partner brands, and tier benefits) at any time with or without notice.

15. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion via the App or by emailing us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or at our discretion with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, any pending or unredeemed Corra Coins will be forfeited and cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
  • Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at rohit.singh@clubcorra.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Corra Technologies Private Limited regarding the use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
