1. Definitions
Corra Coins
The reward currency within the Platform.
1 Corra Coin = ₹1 value.
Coins are awarded based on the user’s transaction value.
Coin Value
Unless otherwise notified, 1 Corra Coin equals ₹1 for the purposes of redemption; Corra Club reserves the right to modify the value of Corra Coins prospectively at its sole discretion.
Participating Brands
Partner merchants whose receipts are eligible for earning or redeeming coins.
Reward Request / Transaction
Any user submission that results in earning coins, redeeming coins, or both, based on the “REWARD REQUEST” logic.
Receipt
Proof of purchase uploaded by the user in accepted formats (JPG, PNG, PDF).
UPI ID
The user-supplied identifier required for cashback payout.
Admin
Authorized Corra Club personnel or systems responsible for reviewing transactions, approving rewards, and processing cashback payouts.
Corra Club Account
A user-specific account within the Platform used solely to track Corra Coins and related activity; it is not a bank account, payment instrument, or financial product.
2. Eligibility & Account Creation
2.1 Mobile-Based Login
Access requires OTP verification on an Indian mobile number. Incorrect or fraudulent mobile numbers may lead to suspension.
2.2 Onboarding Requirements
Users must complete mandatory onboarding including entering their full name and valid phone number. The onboarding flow becomes locked after completion.
2.5 User Responsibility
The user is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their account and ensuring that all information provided is accurate and verified by government regulations.
3. Corra Coin System
3.1 Earning Coins
Earning is governed strictly by brand-specific configurations. Coins earned =
- Minimum 1 coin is awarded per transaction.
- Coins are credited only after admin approval following bill approval and acceptance.
Earning configurations, including brand-specific earning percentages, caps, and eligibility criteria, may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn by Corra Club at any time without prior notice.
3.2 Redeeming Coins
Redemption is subject to the following caps:
Max Redeemable = MIN( 50% of your coin balance, brand.redemptionPercentage% of bill amount, brand.maxRedemptionAmount, brand.brandwiseMaxCap, brand.maxRedemptionPerTransaction (if any) )
Minimum redemption is 1 coin. Redemption value is ₹1 per coin.
Cashback is processed only after the admin approves the request and issues payment via UPI.
Corra Coins are promotional rewards and do not constitute legal tender, stored value, or a transferable security. They cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash except through permitted redemption options within the Platform.
3.3 Cashback Payments
Cashback is paid via the UPI ID provided by the user at time of redemption.
Admins manually transfer the cashback via UPI and then mark the transaction as PAID.
Payment timelines vary (typically 1–2 business days). The timelines mentioned for cashback payments are indicative only and are not guaranteed; delays may occur due to bank, UPI, or third-party infrastructure issues.
Corra Club does not directly process UPI transactions and relies on banking channels and payment infrastructure; any failures or delays attributable to such third parties are outside Corra Club’s control.
By providing a UPI ID, the user authorizes Corra Club to send payments to said UPI ID.
Corra Club is not liable for incorrect UPI IDs entered by the user.
3.4 Coin Balance Adjustments
Balances may increase or decrease due to:
- Approved earn/redeem transactions
- Rejections (reversals)
- Badge awards
- Manual adjustments by admins (with documented reasons)
4. Transaction Submission Rules
4.1 Receipt Rules
The user must submit a valid, unedited, original purchase receipt. It must:
- Be clear and readable
- Belong to a participating brand
- Reflect accurate bill details
- Be within allowed date limits (subject to platform rules)
Corra Club reserves the right to request additional documents, proof of purchase, or clarifications from the user to verify authenticity and eligibility of any transaction. Failure to provide such information may result in rejection of the transaction.
Autoscan and manual review will validate receipt authenticity, brand matching, bill amount, and potential duplicates.
Duplicate or manipulated receipts may lead to permanent suspension from the platform.
4.2 Sequential Processing Requirement
Transactions for each user are processed strictly in chronological order.
Corra Club may place transactions on HOLD if balance or approval criteria are not met.
5. Transaction Status Lifecycle
The user’s transactions can move through the following states:
PENDING
Submitted and awaiting review
HOLD
Temporarily paused due to validation issues or multiple requests
APPROVED
Verified successfully
PAID
Cashback transferred
REJECTED
Transaction invalid or non-compliant
Final states (PAID, APPROVED—earn-only, REJECTED) cannot be altered. Admin decisions regarding transaction status, including but not limited to PENDING, HOLD, APPROVED, PAID, or REJECTED, are final and binding, except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the Platform, which Corra Club may review at its sole discretion.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Submit fraudulent, altered, or duplicated receipts
- Create multiple accounts to bypass rules
- Manipulate bill amounts or brand selections
- Circumvent sequential processing or daily limits using unfair means
- Provide false identity or payment information for extortion
- Allow any other person to access or use your account, or share OTPs or login credentials, in a manner that may compromise account security.
- Misrepresent your association with Corra Club or participating brands, including falsely claiming endorsement, partnership, or official representation.
Violations may lead to suspension, rejection of transactions, or deletion of the user’s account. In serious cases, issues will be taken up with proper legal proceedings.
7. Suspension & Termination
Corra Club may suspend or terminate the user’s account for:
- Fraud or misuse of platform.
- Repeated submission of invalid receipts despite rejection.
- Suspicious transaction patterns.
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
- Automated detection of duplicate or manipulated activity.
Corra Club may also deactivate or treat as inactive any user account that has no successful transactions or logins for a continuous period (for example, 12 months), and may expire associated Corra Coins in accordance with these Terms.
Admin decisions regarding fraud or abuse are final.
9. Platform Availability & Changes
Corra Club may add, modify, suspend, or remove features of the Platform (including brands, earning percentages, caps, badges, and other functionalities) at any time, and may also temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues, with or without prior notice.
User’s continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Material changes to these Terms or to the core earning/redemption logic will be communicated within the Platform and/or via registered contact channels, where feasible.
10. Privacy & Data Processing
By using the Platform, the user consents to data collection practices, including:
- Mobile number provided
- Profile information (full name)
- Receipt images
- UPI ID (entered at time of redemption only)
- Device and usage analytics (limited access)
User data is stored and processed on secure infrastructure, primarily within India, in accordance with applicable data protection and IT laws.
Receipt images may be processed through OCR and security systems to validate authenticity.
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting Corra Club through the channels listed in the Contact Information section; certain data may need to be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Corra Club does not sell user personal data and will not share UPI IDs or receipt-level data with participating brands for their independent marketing purposes without appropriate consent, where required.
11. Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Corra Club, we provide a rewards-based ecosystem where users earn and redeem Corra Coins. Since our platform facilitates rewards and cashback rather than the direct sale of physical goods, the following policy outlines the rules regarding the cancellation of requests and the reversal (refund) of rewards.
11.1. Reward Requests (Earn & Redeem)
Submission Finality: Once a "Reward Request" (submitting a bill to earn coins or requesting cashback) is submitted, it enters our audit queue. Users cannot cancel a submitted request directly through the App.
Pending Requests: If you have submitted a bill by mistake or with incorrect details, please contact team@clubcorra.com immediately. If the request is still in "Pending" or "Under Review" status, our team may be able to cancel it for you.
Processed Redemptions: Once a redemption request for cashback is marked as "PAID" and the funds have been transferred to your UPI ID, it is considered final and irreversible. No refunds or reversals are possible.
11.2. Partner Brand Returns & Order Cancellations
Corra Club rewards are tied to valid, completed purchases at our partner brands.
Reversal of Coins: If you return an item or cancel an order with a partner brand after earning Corra Coins for that transaction, you must notify Corra Club. We reserve the right to deduct the corresponding coins from your balance.
Negative Balance: If you have already redeemed coins earned from a purchase that was later returned/cancelled, your Corra Club balance may go negative. You will be required to earn enough coins through future valid purchases to bring your balance back to zero before any further redemptions can be made.
11.3. Coupon Redemptions
Irreversibility: Once you spend Corra Coins to unlock a brand-specific digital coupon, the transaction is final.
No Coin Refunds: Coins will not be credited back to your account even if the coupon remains unused, expires, or if the partner brand is unable to fulfill the coupon due to their own store policies.
Technical Errors: If a coupon code is generated but is found to be invalid or already used at the time of "Reveal," please contact our support team with proof. We will investigate and, if verified, credit the coins back to your wallet.
11.4. UPI Transfer Failures
Incorrect UPI Details: Corra Club is not responsible for cashback lost due to an incorrect UPI ID provided by the user. Please ensure your UPI ID is accurate before submitting a redemption request.
System Failures: In the rare event that a UPI transfer fails due to technical issues on our end or with our banking partners, the transaction will be re-attempted. If the payment remains unsuccessful after 7 business days, the redeemed coins will be credited back to your Corra Club wallet.
11.5. Membership & Tiers
Earned Membership: Membership to Corra Club is currently earned through platform activity (approved earnings and brand variety). As there is no upfront joining fee, there are no "membership refunds."
Account Termination: If an account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraudulent bill uploads), all accrued coins and pending redemption requests will be forfeited without any refund or compensation.
12. Liability & Disclaimers
- Corra Club is not responsible for delays or failures in UPI transfers caused by banks or payment infrastructure.
- Corra Club does not guarantee earnings; coins are awarded based solely on valid transactions.
- Errors arising from inaccurate or fraudulent user information are the user’s responsibility.
The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corra Club shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of rewards, business interruption, or any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Corra Club shall not be responsible for any inability to award, credit, or redeem Corra Coins, or to process cashback payments, caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to failures of banking networks, UPI systems, internet outages, acts of government, or other force majeure events.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts located in Gurgaon.
Before initiating any court proceedings, the parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussions for a period of at least 30 days from the date a written dispute notice is issued by either party.
